A word about who we are:
We are Gracie Appliance, Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., and we have been in business here in Maryland since 1976, (formerly George R. Gracie and Sons Inc.). We have 42 years of service experience in the appliance and air-conditioning industry. We provide service on all major home appliances, as well as on heating and air conditioning systems.
Each of our trucks are stocked with the fast moving parts of our industry to enable us to complete most of our calls on the first trip. If we must make any additional trips to procure parts, you will not incur additional service charges.
We warranty every part we install plus the associated labor to install those parts, for one year. Our service charge is warranted for one month. Our service charge covers our travel time and our diagnostic services.
Last, but not least, we are a company owned by Christians. We will do our best to treat you in a way that will bring Honor and Glory to our Lord Jesus Christ. If you ever feel that you were treated unfairly, please bring the matter to our attention so we may correct the problem.
