When calling for service you will be greeted by a polite professional receptionist. We are always eager to help you find a solution for your repair and service needs. We know you are busy and we will do everything possible to make the your time on the phone as short as possible.
We will let you know what days we are currently booking for.
We will explain our service charge and charging policies.
We will take your address information.
We will get all of the service details, such as make, problem, schedule information.
We route the calls, in the morning of each scheduled service day, in the most economical manor. We therefore ask our customers to call us back on their scheduled service day after 9:15. It is at this point that we can let you know whether you are scheduled for the AM or PM side of the day. We will make every effort to accommodate any time requirements that you may have, but we cannot guarantee any time calls. We do offer Saturday service for an additional charge for your connivance.
There is a chance that you may be greeted with a busy signal. There are two reasons for this. We attempt to help each customer resolve there problem on the spot. This detail to customer response can create a back up in the phone system. The second possible cause is at this point in time we have a old antiquated phone system, which doesn't handle large volume.
